Isn't this outfit cute? Upon going to a concert at an outdoor mall, I naturally took my iPod knowing there had to be some fashionistas. The picture is blurry because she was walking and I had to take it from a distance. I've included the buyable version, everything is under $50, except for the shoes which are $54. What an adorable and unique outfit for an evening shopping.
